Delivery
Delivery for this item will be in an estimated 1 to 15 working days (Monday to Friday), this is calculated from the date your order has been processed (not including the day of processing). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an estimated delivery date. Please note, in some rare occasions delivery can take longer. You will then receive a call/email from the delivery services 1 to 2 days before delivery to confirm the exact day of delivery. The delivery services will only deliver to the communal door/entrance of the property. If you live in the flat/apartment this would be the communal entrance on the ground floor everyone uses. If you have a driveway or front porch with obstacles the delivery will be at the entrance to this. If the items are taken any further this would be at your own risk and at the discretion of the couriers. Deliveries to Aberdeenshire, Inverness-shire, Devon or Cornwall & other rural areas can also take slightly longer.
Please note, any mattress purchased will be sent via a separate appropriate courier service. All mattresses are delivered & sold separately. Delivery for the mattress will be approximately the same time frame as the bed. We aim to deliver the mattress on the same day however as it is a separately purchased item and is sent with a separate courier it is likely to be a different day of delivery. All return, exchange or delivery requests made for your bed frame will not include instructions for the addon item (mattress). You will need to make a separte formal request for the addon item, Terms and Conditions apply.
Please note, any chrome divan feet upgrade options purchased will be sent via a separate appropriate package service due to the size and weight difference. Your divan set will arrive standard with castor wheels. Delivery for the divan feet upgrade package will be approximately the same time frame as the bed. We aim to deliver this package on the same day however as it is with a separate courier it is likely to be a different day of delivery.
Request a Delivery Date
If you wish to have delivery on a certain day (Monday to Friday only, after initial working days period set out above) we can arrange this. You can either write your desired delivery date in the Comments section at the Checkout Page. Alternatively, you can complete the order immediately email us with your order number and requested delivery date and this will be updated onto your order details. However, please note this is subject to availability and we work on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a reply to all emails within 24 hours guaranteed.
Please note, we require a mobile number for the delivery services to be able to provide specific information regarding your delivery. If you fail to provide a mobile number, this can delay your delivery. If you would like to change the date of a scheduled delivery, return, collection or exchange we will require a minimum of 2 working days to make any changes. Please note, any changes subject to availability.
Delivery Restrictions/Surcharges
Deliveries to these areas will be approx 5 to 20 working days.

Returns, Refunds and Amendments
To amend to your order in any way, please email us at sales@divan-beds.co.uk.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so to make sure that you choose the right product, we offer free order amendments or cancellations. Therefore, as long as your order has not been updated to the "Processed" status or delivered, you can still cancel, edit or change your order in any way. You will receive an email update once your order has been processed within 48 hours of placing your order, should you fail to get any emails from us - please kindly check your Junk/Spam folder.
If your order has been "Procesed" or "Shipped" (and/or Delivered) you will incur a charge to cancel or return your order. Please make sure to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return and all items are unused and unassembled and still in their original packaging. Return requests must be authorised & arranged within this timeframe, return requests made or authorised outside of this timeframe may be refused. Please request a return in writing at sales@divan-beds.co.uk.
