Delivery for this item will be within an estimated 8 to 35 working days, this is calculated from the date your order has been processed (not including the day of processing). Please note, on some rare occasions delivery can be longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched with the couriers number and information. You can then either wait for delivery or you can call them and arrange a suitable delivery date. XDP are a 48 hour courier therefore you will receive delivery on either of 2 days, however usually its the first day.
Please note, any mattress purchased will be sent via a separate appropriate courier service due to the size and weight. All mattresses are delivered & sold separately. Delivery for the mattress will be approximately the same time frame as the bed. We aim to deliver the mattress on the same day however as it is with a separate courier it is likely to be a different day of delivery.
Request a Delivery Date
If you wish to have delivery on a certain day (Monday to Friday, after initial 1-2 working days) we can arrange this for you. We can also delay your delivery for up to 4 months (see details below). Please either write your desired delivery date in the Comments section at the Checkout page or alternatively, you can complete the order and call or email us with your order number and requested delivery date and this will be updated onto your order details. You will receive a reply to all emails within 24 hours guaranteed. Please note, Saturday deliveries are a special service and is charged at a rate of £49. XDP do not deliver on Sunday's, If you require a Saturday delivery, please let us know in the comments section on the checkout page and we will send you an invoice for the £49 Saturday Delivery Charge to your email, the invoice can be paid online. Let us know once you have made the payment and we will check and make the appropriate arrangements for you.
Delay a Delivery
We can also delay your delivery for up to 4 months if required. Please either write your desired delivery date in the Comments section at the Checkout page or alternatively, you can complete the order and email us with your order number and requested delivery date and this will be updated onto your order details. However, please note should you wish to cancel your order after the it has been placed on hold, then a Cancellation Charge maybe incurred.

Returns, Refunds and Amendments
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If not, for online purchases you are entitled to a full refund if you request one in writing via email within 14 days of receipt or before your order is processed. All items must be unused, unassembled & in their original packaging. Please note, a minimum Return Delivery Charge or Cancellation Fee may be applicable and where applicable will be deducted from your refund. The Return Delivery Charge can vary depending upon your location and goods purchased. You can request a return via our Returns Page or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there are any issues or faulty parts, we will exchange those faulty parts for you. However, to reduce to likelihood of this happening, we advise all customers to check the goods before accepting the delivery. If faulty parts do happen to be delivered, please sign for those items as damaged & contact us via email and we will replace them for you as soon as possible.
To make sure that you choose the right product, we offer free order amendments or cancellations. Therefore, as long as your order has not been updated to the "Processed" status, you can still cancel, edit or change your order in any way. You will receive an email update once your order has been processed within 48 hours of placing your order, should you fail to get any emails from us - please kindly check your Junk/Spam folder.
