Delivery
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched with the couriers number and information. This item is usually dispatched within 24 hours (working days only, not including the day of purchase, weekends or Bank Holidays). Please note, in some rare occasions delivery can take up to 6 working days. Deliveries to Scotland, Aberdeenshire, Inverness-shire, Devon or Cornwall & other rural areas will take slightly longer. Please allow a period of 1 - 4 working days for delivery to these & any other rural areas.
In regards to our Express Delivery Service we endeavour to dispatch your new items out the following the next working day for delivery on the following working day - unless specified in the live ETA dates provided in your order processed email. The delivery services will only deliver to the communal door/entrance of the property. If you live in the flat/apartment this would be the communal entrance on the ground floor everyone uses. If you have a driveway or front porch with obstacles the delivery will be at the entrance to this. If the items are taken any further this would be at your own risk and at the discretion of the couriers.
For example, under normal circumstances, if you place an order on a;
- Monday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Wednesday
- Thursday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Monday
- Friday-Sunday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Tuesday
*Working days only and excludes Bank Holiday's & National Holiday's.
Please note, due to delays related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) - please allow 1 to 6 working days for delivery.
Please note, any mattress purchased will be sent via a separate appropriate courier service due to the size and weight. All mattresses are sold seperately. Delivery for the mattress will be approximately the same time frame as the bed. We aim to deliver the mattress on the same day however as it is with a separate courier it is likely to be a different day of delivery.
Request a Delivery Date
If you wish to have delivery on a certain day (after 1 working day period) we can arrange this. You can either write your desired delivery date in the Comments section at the Checkout Page. Alternatively, you can complete the order and immediately email us with your order number and requested delivery date and this will be updated onto your order details. You will receive a reply to all emails within 24 hours guaranteed.
Delivery Restrictions/Surcharges
Deliveries to these areas will be approx 5 to 20 working days.
The following postcodes will incur a surcharge which will be calculated on the Checkout page based on the items in your basket:
AB, DD, DT, EX, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, PL, TA, TD, TQ, TR, PO30-PO41
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer delivery to the following postcodes:
BT, GY, HS, ZE, IM or any off-shore locations

Returns, Refunds and Amendments
To amend to your order in any way, please email us at sales@divan-beds.co.uk.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so to make sure that you choose the right product, we offer free order amendments or cancellations. Therefore, as long as your order has not been updated to the "Processed" status or delivered, you can still cancel, edit or change your order in any way. You will receive an email update once your order has been processed within 48 hours of placing your order, should you fail to get any emails from us - please kindly check your Junk/Spam folder.
If your order has been "Procesed" or "Shipped" (and/or Delivered) you will incur a charge to cancel or return your order. Please make sure to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return and all items are unused and unassembled and still in their original packaging. Return requests must be authorised & arranged within this timeframe, return requests made or authorised outside of this timeframe may be refused. Please request a return in writing at sales@divan-beds.co.uk.
